Square One is overall probably one of the best shopping complexes in the GTA area. There's a great range of shops here, especially higher class fare for those so inclined (I just look in the windows of these). The renovations a few years ago have really improved the overall decor of the space. It's also a good transportation hub given the amount of different buses that arrive here and there's a variety of different facilities (library, cinema, etc.) in very close proximity.

Huge and centrally located mall in the heart of Mississauga. They keep adding awesome stores that you'll keep coming back to. The food court has been revamped and it's got excellent choices for everyone; but it can be a bit pricey.

There is literally nothing negative to say about Square One, I live close to this gorgeous mall and try to make time on my weekends to go there, it's literally my happy place. I love the new area they built with Harry Rosen and all those cool brands! Extremely love that mall, my happy place!

If you want to shop almost everything, this is the best place. However, for a person who visits Square One for the first time, it might be hard to navigate to desired store. Still, information desk staff was very nice. Its food court used to be good but food quality started to get lower as I visited more recently.

Wow! What a beautiful place to be at! So many things to find and buy. Apple Store and MS store are there too. There is a nice food court downstairs with a variety of cuisines to choose from.

Where to stay in Mississauga

Mississauga is best known for housing Toronto's airport-- most of the city's accommodations cluster just a few minutes from the terminal. If you're looking for a place to rest before your flight, you'll find a range of options on Dixon Road, to the north of the airport, or on Eglington Road West to the south. Don't expect much character--your options include mid-range chain hotels and basic inns, with little else on offer. You can find a handful of business-oriented hotels in the city itself, mainly located around Burnhamthorpe Road.
