The worst food ever Everything tasted like TV dinners. So disappointing . Next time we will eat outside the casino
Such a lovely village! Fine dining experience, great little shops, and several beautiful historical gems. A little stroll in the quietest of areas will calm even the most stressed of Torontonians!
I had a great experience. The normal size is still a good sized portion. Beware though going above the hot level of spicy. If you are ready and enjoy spicy food go above that rating if not may want a mild as some of my friends still say that too has a kick. Forgot to get a receipt once and came two hits later they were more than accommodating in getting me a new print out. I was more than happy with my large sized chicken Shawarma with everything. Great place to go.
If you come here, expect line ups. The food is great and cheap. But thats part of the osmows experience. This is a fast food joint, get your food and go somewhere else to enjoy it. If you come with this kinda expectation, you will be satisfied. I think they could definitely improve the cleanliness of the place for sure.
Its quality has been dropping so much in the past 6 months until I finally decided that this is going to be my last meal from them to which point i decided that i'll write the review once im home and im writing it now. Meat Shawarma, it smelled aweful the meat wasn't cooked properly, smells and tasets like its still raw i had to throw away half of the sandwitch although i rarely do. But this was so bad. last time my i asked for a slightly hot sandwitch and im brown, man it came so hot that i was caughing. definitly needs help to bring up the quality back.
Been going here for at least 10 years now. They were perfect up until about 3 months ago. I've noticed a lot of staff turnover lately. I think the owners got comfortable. I went here three times this week, everytime I left disappointed. Their chicken on the rocks that I used to love so much isn't the same. Their quality control is terrible. Chicken is a lot more gooey than it used to be, lots of fat. Its either dry or when you ask for extra sauce it's so flooded, it's nauseating. Me and my friends made a pact not to go back for at least 2 months. I hope the owner checks these out and does something about it. I love this place but they've disappointed me way too much recently. I don't mind wait times or anything as long as the food is good.
Used to love them, but my support is wavering. Last few times I've been there, the shawarma meat was rubbery and not nice and crisp. It lacks in flavour and is easily overpowered by the veggies to the point you ask yourself why they even put the minute amount of chicken in there. There's not a lot of room in the restaurant itself, so finding a place to sit/wait is troublesome. And you will wait. A long time. Service is terribly slow.
