  • My wife and I have cross country skied at the Wye Marsh for years and we were looking to get back at it. We renewed our membership and got out on the trail........ WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! On getting ba...  more »
  • Beautiful setting with wildlife and very reasonable rental prices. We went cross country skiing. I'd have a membership if I lived closer.  more »
  • March means a different view of Wye Marsh! I loved meeting Odin the Snowy Owl, and taking photos of the other birds of prey. The berries and grasses around the marsh made for a great photography walk!  more »

  • Nice to walk around. Would have been a 5 had there been any trumpet swans sighted. Was told that better time to see them would be in the winter. Still the views were great. It’s a very good place for photographers and birdwatchers. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. It’s one of three closely situated tourist attractions. If you’re up for a good hike, you could walk between the Martyr’s Shrine, Ste. Marie among the Hurons, and the Marsh.
  • I've been coming here for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. In the spring/summer/fall, one can enjoy nature walks and the view of the marsh. In the winter, it is an excellent spot for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Very peaceful and not busy. My absolute favourite thing to do is to feed the Chickadees. Adorable little birds 😊
  • Feeding wild birds from your hand is amazing. Birds of Prey exhibition is not to be missed on Saturday and Sunday. Staff interpreters are very knowledgeable and reply to questions in a way that I can understand. Strongly recommend for X-C skiing and snowshoeing. Bring your own equipment or rent it at Wye Marsh. Very clean facilities.
  • I went there with my son in September. We saw several species of birds that I had not seen before. I found the trails well marked and maintained. The owl exhibit was very good. Unfortunately there were not any demonstrations going on when we were there.
  • This was our first visit to Wye Marsh. It was awesome. Nice trails, lots of snow, live birds of prey demo and fed small birds right out of our hands. Great signage marking the trails.
