  • Great fun, great value. Staff were consistently competent and friendly. Saw kids and adults of both genders having a great time. Safety is largely up to you. There is a training exercise where you have to demonstrate correctly using the equipment for the different types of challenges ahead, and our guide missed a serious mistake (but our group was paying attention and we caught it). The short version is to always keep at least one clip anchored at all times. On the plus side, there are a large number of staff watching most of the challenges from below, and I assume they would catch problems there too. Height (and thus risk) increases throughout the four levels of challenge. I went with a group of adults from work, but I would love to return with my boys when they are old enough to do it. Great fun!
  • I had fun but I'm leaving a 1-star rating because of the manager. My friend hit her head on a bolt when she did the zipline and I had to help her up. The manager who was watching from below thought I was removing her harness which I didn't and yelled at me as if I were a kid. Eventhough I were a kid, she shouldn't have yelled at her customers in a very rude and condescending way. It clearly ruined my entire experience. No matter how good your product or service is, when you're rude to your customers, they won't come back. I don't think I'd wanna come back here.
  • We had a birthday party for our 7 year old. Booking staff was very helpful and friendly. Prices are fair. The Kid course was exciting and challenging. Although the minimum age is 5 I would recommend 7 or a "brave" 6 as the minimum age. Kids get a "crash" course on how to use the safety clamps and plates and I feel that it may be a little complicated for younger ones because they are then 6-12 feet off the ground and have to help themselves. I also felt that there could be better supervision from staff. There was only one employee for the whole course and three or four would make more sense. A+ We had an amazing time.
  • Had a lot of fun going through the obstacles with my wife. The obstacles were fun without being tough. Will go again in the future.
  • If you dreamed of being a jungle monkey or if you want to test your endurance and courage, this is the place to go in the Vancouver area. Well built. Lots of tree circuits. Check their website for hours of operation, minimum height (for kids), and sign the waiver if you want to go
