  • Glenora Inn is located in a beautiful Cape Breton valley. We went the first week of June and met people from the USA, Germany and Australia. The room was double occupancy, somewhat small and showing its 20+ years. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. Took the distillery tour, very informative. Dinner was pricey, and not as delicious as one would expect for the price, but the ambience was nice and the grounds beautiful. Listened to a couple local musicians playing traditional and contemporary Cape Breton music in the pub in the evening, enjoying local craft beer. All in all it was pretty nice, if a bit rich for my blood. The black flies were merciless, though. Also we drove by the chateaus on the way out. They were super cute and all had million dollar views of the valley. Had a great time, probably won't be back.
  • We had a wonderful time at the Inn. The dinner was fantastic. The steak was done to perfection and the wine pairing was top notch. We stayed for the live music and drink which was also fantastic. The room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable.
  • Stopped by for lunch while driving through the area. Music available for us but only from 1 to 3. Food was good. Service was good ad well. Too bad I'm not a scotch drinker.
  • Very nice place! The people that worked there were very nice. The bed could have been a newer and more comfortable!! The food for the most part was good.
  • Amazing food, great staff, awesome accommodations and over a really great time
