  • I was only there for an hour on a cold April day, so this is an interim review. But in that short time, I realized that this is a special place. The hauntingly lonely playground my kids discovered may be dated, but the view of Goose Bay is spectacular. I spotted over ten species of bird, a large snake, and heard the thrashing of an unidentified mammal in the brush. The place was practically deserted on a Saturday morning, but the few people I met were friendly. Roads are horribly rutted and make for slow driving. Can't wait to go back and explore this park!
  • There are regular dog owners who show up at this park who grill you on you and your dogs and make you feel unwelcome or they report anything about you.
  • Great.
