The gardens are beautiful and peaceful during all the seasons they are open. The gardens do not have any flowers but they are not missed. A must see. It is also next to a lake, swimming pool and golf ...  more »

Although this is not a huge garden, it is one of the most beautiful we have seen. Fall colours were at their peak, so from a photography point of view, well worth the time spent wandering around. Very...  more »

Fabulous japanese garden, serene, with lots of history and rejuvenating power in the pagoda, friendship bell, dry rock garden and gazebo area within. The specially pruned trees and pathways together with the waterfall sounds, islands and streams in this specially forested area add much to promote inner peace and serenity. Not very large extensive area but many spots to sit and drink in the sound and beauty around. I think summer and fall would be grand with blooming flowers and fall colors in the maple and other trees. Take time to enjoy the tea ceremony and guided tour only available at specific times (call ahead as schedules change a lot). A truly lovely place designed to stimulate all the senses.

Very serene and tidy. Staff are very friendly. Tranquil. Smaller than I thought and I believe admission for my self was a little high ($9!) But my son was free as he was under 5.

I was here many years ago and it's still a great place to relax and unwind. Take a camera if you visit, as there are so many things to see. Will be back!

I visited on a cold January night for their light the night arrangement. For the nominal entrance fee I was able to wonder around a beautifully lit winter wonderland. So colourful. This is a must see when seeking peace and happiness in Lethbridge. The gift shop has a wonderful assortment of Japanese cultural trinkets and books too.

No other place it around. It is really a place you have to see for yourself. Bring a book if you liked to just sit relax and read.
