  • A great trip, we got to see blue whales, a rare treat, and a few fin whales. Our daughters, age 8 and 11 were the only kids on the boat that day. The guide made sure they got a spot where they could s...  more »

  • Great experience.
  • We saw whales and the guide was very nice. On the other hand, we we to charge $ 4 extra each, it has repaid later in the week at least, but we were told that it was less expensive to book on the internet and that it was written on the site, but that's not true. I spent hours looking for the best possible experience of whales. So do your booking online if you don't want any surprises. More so, when I called later to say that my charge price seemed to be too expensive, $ 68, I was told it was normal price including taxes, which wasn't too. The real price was $ 64 and this is what I finally paid after my refund of $ 4 but book online would have been less expensive if it was truly written on their site. I was therefore lied twice... Too bad because the cruise was very pleasant, but the customer service made sure I won't go back.

  • I loved this trip of the month of July. The price may seem expensive, but one way that staff are passionate and do their best to find whales. A beautiful team work. The crew is composed of a guide and a very competent captain. Boats are zodiacs that can accommodate 30 to 50 people and we love because it is much more adventurous than a big boats. Dress code: pants and big sweater to go, more crew members lend us a winter coat because it's very cold on the river and receives the water in places. NB: We saw whales.

  • Service very average - nice little home - boat crowded and poorly organized (children and small templates themselves in the Middle while with larger jigs of adults are on the edge). Little whale (it's a risk), but especially little empathy... Lack of luck this time, or is it systematic?

  • Last year we went to do a tour with the skimmer to the Escoumins and it was magical! A passionate captain, the real hardware (coat with vest embedded rescue and not to be wet pants) short was the best! We went back this year and after reading the reviews on Google it it says it would be good to change, unfortunately it was a mistake! For a slightly higher fee ($ 51 to $ 49 last year). Short and without a lifejacket coats (certainly it is in hidden in the boat but if the boat turns or is the utility?, of course not on pants either, tell me that these are only details!) It is worgen even of comfort and security. A nice guide but nothing to do with the captain that he was passionate in short we do not advise! See whales, belugas, seals etc it must be a magical moment considering the price ask (and given the competition he's all there details count) to the wise!
