  • We went as a family to this play area. It must be said that for a family of two adults and two children's expensive especially since adults pay just to keep their children since safety is not the strong point of this business. Indeed at the exit employees do not even bother to check that children who leave you well yours. A bracelet system, yet, is not hard to implement. The food on site is excessively expensive and you do not have the right to bring. Otherwise for the rest everything is good, the children are enjoying themselves and do not get bored.

  • Great activities for my young kids. They love shooting the balls, the slides and the zip lines. Honorable mention to laser frenzy too. But why oh why do they charge admission to adults?!
  • I have organized birthday parties for my older son a while back and forgot why I never did it for my younger one. Today as I'm paying the deposit for the party on this place, I got a good reminder... ...  more »

  • Kids had a great time. Lots of things to do. Food choices not very healthy.
  • Very disappointed!!I dont understand why we need to pay more money for the X RIDER and the Mini golf, very expensive at 4,99 each person plus tax and you can only go once after you pay $74.00 to get in. for a family of 4 with 2 kids and 2 adults. Also there is way too much arcade games not included in the price and more money out of your pocket..its ridicoulos!!Also i didnt like the attitude of the staff when my 6 years old got injured in the back of the head on the X RIDER. The answer when i reported the accident was Oh well he will play and forget fast. Then after i requested some ice and spoke to other staff member, theyr answer was even more hilarious:Are you sure he didnt get hurt before? They inspected the machine and repeated to me that my son he problably got hurt before getting in to the ride.Sorry but a 6 year old will not tell me one thing for another and i heard him complaining in the Xrider because he was sitting beside me.What kind of nonsense is this!I dont know if i will go back again, all the care is theyr money, not even wanted to see if my son was ok..nothing at all!
  • During a conversation with the Funtropolis management team, it became obvious the business is truly a "community" business that is focused on the customer experience. What struck me most while talking with them is their focus on resolving the issue, and the honesty and grounded nature in which they approached the situation. Like we hope with most of our interactions, a negative was turned into a positive. Most importantly, during the birthday party, the kids had a blast and the animators were great. The kids actually didn't want to leave when it was time for us to go (it may or may not have something to do with the insane amount of ammo available with the air cannons...). A big thank you to Mike and the Funtropolis team for all they do.
  • I think I enjoyed going more than my sons! Crazy fun, worked up a sweat in the ball games. Tons of things to do for families and the kids never wanna leave! Ate there for lunch and the food was fine, unlike many of the comments. Nothing wrong with it according to me!
  • It's Crack for kids... when you leave they will have withdrawal and always ask to come back. The best part it when you get home they'll sleep like babies. Ha! Pun.
