  • Stayed for 2 nights on our travels great views of the lake. Must see sunrise "FANTASTIC" ..... be warned gets very busy from 10/11 lots of visitors
  • Auch wenn es von anderen als überlaufen beschrieben wird, wir können es nur empfehlen: Top-Lage, schöne Architektur, extrem freundliches Personal
  • Visited the chateau as staying in lake louise for skiing. An amazing hotel inside if not a bit like a concrete jungle on the outside. The foyer is amazing and the cafes and restaurants looked lovely w...  more »

  • Great great great service. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Views are second to none. Make sure you get a lake view room. Food is awesome at any of the restaurants and the Spa is too notch.
  • What an enchanted place - picture perfect hotel at the foot of lake Louise. It is a bit exclusive with a lovely cafe. However if you weren't staying they did send us to 'the dungeons' aka the 'normal' canteen which was very much a low down version (which was a shame given the distance we'd travelled). Anyway hot chocolate was lovely and we enjoyed that in the ambience of lobby which was v grand indeed. Def worth popping by. There's also a plethora of various gift shops there as well.
  • Absolutely stunning location. The staff were friendly and engaging. Food was excellent and decently priced for being the only restaurant there. I would recommend the Fairmont to anyone looking for a good place to stop, eat, and take in some amazing views.
  • It's a huge honeypot for tourists. Visited here in the summer and it was insanely busy. So much for tranquil serenity! The hotel had a quick stop cafe inside which served reasonable dishes at above average prices. It was set up in a way it could cope with a massive influx of tourists fresh off of a coach.
  • Amazing place to visit just to have a look at the building! The restaurant is only available for full meals but there is a deli for snacks and sandwiches. Don't expect to come here for a cheap meal though! Worth a wander around and a look through the shops and reception area as it's so beautiful!
