  • When the going is good from June to September, when too much snow that seemed hard to count. The course is long and short and everything is different.

  • The walk to the falls from the lake is a fairly easy one, with one rather steep staircase being the only real limitation. The walk is well worth is for the view you get of the falls, and the far side ...  more »
  • After we on June 25, 2016 Bow Lake (after our night most a few minutes this Mosquito Creek campground) only briefly visited had, we were on the 4th July 2016 again here, to the bow glacier falls trail to hike. The weather was very changeable and a cold wind was perhaps many hikers of the continue to run off. The bus tourists run usually only up to the local NUM-TI-Jah lodge on the Lake and take some photos of bow Lake. The route on the lake behind the lodge is easily accessible, yet few hikers met. But all of a sudden it went only by dense vegetation and the line was barely passable. What had happened? We had overlooked a small pile of stones, indicating that you must, at this point, crosses a small watercourse (which probably is not always here) on the banks of the river of debris continue to run to. Uphill after some time then some "Steps" and there is already a view on the bow glacier case. The route is well suited for beginners. On the way, marmots and of course many Chipmunks met.

  • We drove here for an early morning photo shoot and it was stunning. It's an easy walk to the lake and countless photo opportunities right away. Highway 93 is also an amazing road to drive.
  • Definately worth walking too. Its called a hike but there isn't very much of a incline. You get a 180 view of bow lake too. The lake is stunning atleast visit this if not the falls. The lake is next to the road so its super accessible.
  • Place between amazing nature.
  • Easy hike with amazing scenery all around.
  • Gorgeous, worth a visit!
