  • It is a beautiful hotel, rooms very comfortable. However, we had dinner reservations for 7 pm at the T&T restaurant , only got seated at 7:40pm, and had our main course at 9pm!! They seemed to have forgotten about us! The wait staff feebly apologized for delays, yet we had to explicitly ask for compensation, because unfortunately they offered nothing. With a group of 9, they eventually paid for a bottle of wine. The food was delicious though.
  • Wow. Beautiful. It's like a mini Castle. Stayed here for snowmobiling trip, very accommodating for snowmobiles. Sweet little parking garage a that fun stuff. Very $$ place, I was on vacation so it wasn't as much of a concern. Very clean rooms, wonderful area down in the Great Hall to chill out and do whatever, read, drink a beer or both. Also the restaurant, daaaa-yum. They don't mess around. Fantastic food, they have a awesome chef. When I come back next year, you can count on seeing me here again.
  • What a beautiful place...... I would definitely return. Calm and peaceful. Clean and quiet. Courteous staff too. The view of the St Lawrence seaway is unbeatable.
  • You get what you pay for, great selection of amenities year long outside pool and whirlpool. Free sporting equipment like skate, hockey sticks etc. Enroll in their President club and you get free to use onsite running shoes and t-shirt etc. The breakfast is huge and appetizing. The lobby is a bit dark to my taste and I would like to see a restaurant or menu at a lower price tag. They use to have the ground floor restaurant but they change the menu last year and had me go to another restaurant in to eat.
  • The structure and grounds are impressive, even in the winter. That said, it is a bit dated, and the rooms and feel of the hotel reflect it's heritage. Service has been good, and it helps if you speak French. I wouldn't say that the staff have gone above and beyond in making the guests stay comfortable and hassle free, as I've got the impression that some of them don't love the hospitality sector.
