  • Quality of the rooms and great pool. The lobby is outdated and can engage. Very nice view on the St-Lawrence and the Sun is great to look at. Absolutely avoid the restaurant and go to rather dinner in the village.

  • Wow. Beautiful. It's like a mini Castle. Stayed here for snowmobiling trip, very accommodating for snowmobiles. Sweet little parking garage a that fun stuff. Very $$ place, I was on vacation so it wasn't as much of a concern. Very clean rooms, wonderful area down in the Great Hall to chill out and do whatever, read, drink a beer or both. Also the restaurant, daaaa-yum. They don't mess around. Fantastic food, they have a awesome chef. When I come back next year, you can count on seeing me here again.
  • The structure and grounds are impressive, even in the winter. That said, it is a bit dated, and the rooms and feel of the hotel reflect it's heritage. Service has been good, and it helps if you speak French. I wouldn't say that the staff have gone above and beyond in making the guests stay comfortable and hassle free, as I've got the impression that some of them don't love the hospitality sector.
  • You get what you pay for, great selection of amenities year long outside pool and whirlpool. Free sporting equipment like skate, hockey sticks etc. Enroll in their President club and you get free to use onsite running shoes and t-shirt etc. The breakfast is huge and appetizing. The lobby is a bit dark to my taste and I would like to see a restaurant or menu at a lower price tag. They use to have the ground floor restaurant but they change the menu last year and had me go to another restaurant in to eat.
  • Very nice but everything is SO expensive. Parking is far if you want to have it for free... WIFI is slow and if you want to have your own they charge you 10$ per day. If you want to watch a movie its 16.99$ + taxes to rent it. And the list goes on and on. There isn't much included, not to say NOTHING included and prices for the room itself is expensive considering they are quite small. Overall, we still had fun and enjoyed our stay. Wonderful view and amazing site with the casino and everything, but definitely too expensive. My first time in a Fairmont, I guess it's always like that wherever you go and you always have to pay for EVERYTHING. You pay for the brand.... Fairmont....
  • Spectacular views of the St. Lawrence. Great food, great service.
