  • I went to the zipline and a two hour pass for the tube park today (tubing was closed). I have been ziplining twice-- once in Costa Rica and another time at Blue Mountain (I'm used to the experience), ...  more »
  • Definitely not a place to take older children. Very disappointed. The tube slide did not work and we were all over the height restriction for any other activity. Drove there for nothing.

  • Don't summer tube in the rain. Or at all. We noticed in the dry weather that tubers wouldn't make it close to the bottom of the run. However, it had started raining when we went, and my son shot off the end of the track. I asked the operator if it ever shuts down, and he indicated that it wouldn't unless there was a downpour. I went down too quickly and proceeded to fly out of the tube on the second turn at a great speed, leading to blunt force trauma and nerve damage to my shoulder (from skidding down the track upon landing). I received a terrible attempt at first aid, and no apology or follow up, and was not able to work for almost 2 months. Adults weren't required to wear a helmet at that time, so I was lucky not to suffer a head injury.
  • dangerous and poor service. I witnessed several young children get severely injured from the zip line. I even saw a kid who hit the spring at the end and get a bloody nose and a head injury. Horrible staff that does not care. I would not recommend going.
  • Really good place to go during the winter. Lots of fun there. Good place to go with family.
  • Lovely place. Nice staff Just the food is very pricey.
  • We just came from attempting to use the Chicopee tube park in its summer mode. Unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. The bottom line is that the regular snow tubes are used on what looks like very stiff Astroturf with plastic siding. There is way too much friction and most riders would only make it about one third of the way down the hill. We approached management immediately after our first run and were given a satisfactory resolution to our problem. I appreciate the way in which they dealt with us. That being said, we would strongly recommend that you do not go here for summer tubing. We may possibly check it out for winter tubing and the zip line appeared to be quite fun although heavily booked and you would need to book in advance.
