  • Still can't get over the almost total evidence of security. Hope it can stay that way. If you have time take a walk around the outside of the campus. Great views of the city, Fort Henry and the beginning of the St Lawrence/Thousand islands. Another excellent free tourist activity.

  • Canada's military officer training university located on the shores of Lake Ontario in Kingston. Magnificent campus stepped in history
  • I was there 5 years in a row, but not as an RMC cadet; it's used by Sea Cadets for Summer Camp. loved it there - can still remember some of the buildings names (Fort Brant {never been in}, Fort Suave, Fort Champlain, Yeo Hall, Fort LaSalle, Massey, Fort Frederick, The Stone Frigate)
  • I would rather go to West Point, Annapolis (United States Naval Academy), or Colorado Spring (United States Air Force Academy) because you get a better training and education there. Especially with West Point, they produce great leaders such as Eisenhower, Petraeus, Clark, Dempsey, Schwarzkopf ... etc. Royal Military College doesn't produce those types of leaders.
