I spent every summer of my life at my Grandma's cabin in Kenosee lake. And I remember the year the waterslides opened up and how excited I was to go when I was a teenager. After 20 years, I wanted to ... read more »
Spent 6 hours here. Pretty full but able to do what was needed to fill the day. It is a bit dated but everything works. Kids had a blast. Read reviews stating it was not safe. It appears the safety is... read more »
While paying we were asked if wanted double tubes we declined to later find that you would need to have these to use the lazy river. The slides were okay as far as slides go. There were plenty of tube... read more »
Bathrooms are disgusting and absolutely filthy. They also close off slides for only the double tube which you have to pay to rent. You can't take single tubes on lazy river which means you have to pay to rent double tubes. They also charge you to sit and watch as much as if you were actually using facilities. Also life guards sit on chairs with feet up - how do you really see what's happening.
We stayed at the waterpark all day. It started out all nice and clean. As we went into the afternoon the water was brown and green and mudd was everywhere. I would also have to complain about the lifeguards. They do not patrol anywhere they just sit at the top of the slide and at the bottom. Nobody is patroling the kids pools or the lazy river. The locker rooms were filthy. Mud everywhere. I would rate the safety one star. Cleanliness one star. But the slides I would have to rate maybe a two and a half star.
This place requires maintenance, improved safety and cleanliness. The change rooms and washrooms are highly unclean and unhygienic. Needs more shades in the rest area. People almost always hit the rough floor of the pool as soon as they exit the water slide and land in the pool. The pool is so shallow that it is unavoidable to hit the rugged surface of the pool.
Lots of fun! There are several slides here. Some you can use tubes on and some you can't. Unfortunately this place is showing its age and the water is very cold. To counter the cold they do have a hot tub though.
Water was in good condition (clean) ,we were there Aug 8th from the time it opened 1100 am to 6:30 pm. We had fun - the weather was great that day and the music was being put on by mystic music. The jacuzzi needs to be repainted and allowed to dry properly - order than that it was good.
