The Harvest Golf Club, Kelowna

4.4
#1 of 14 in Golf in Kelowna
Golfers should not miss the opportunity to tee off a few rounds at The Harvest Golf Club, a driving range in lush hillside environs. Though the onsite clubhouse serves up delicious and hearty meals as well as refreshing drinks, the emphasis here is on the golf. The championship-grade 18-hole course includes a practice facility, and expert staff at the well-stocked speciality shop happily provide helpful tips and buying advice. The panoramic views of rolling hillsides and Lake Okanagan are an excellent bonus. • A buddy and I showed up on a rainy day to play 36 holes that we had booked through BC Golf. To bad about the rain but Bruce the head pro met us in the parking lot to drive us up to the clubhouse. Right away we felt like we were getting the VIP treatment. He made us feel very welcome and was very accommodating when we were unable to play the second round due to the conditions. No problem with a refund happily offered. We were very impressed by all the staff we encountered and will definitely return. The food was really good too.
  • 9 girlfriends and I spent my birthday evening at the Harvest Golf Club Restaurant. We had soooo much fun. Great service, delicious food and the view was AMAZING! The kind of view that makes you feel good inside! I ordered the Scallop & Prawn Linguine - pan-seared scallops & prawns, basil pesto cream, smoked bacon, tomato & scallion, shaved romano asiago, toasted garlic baguette. However, I asked for roasted vegetables instead of the linguine and they made the change happily. My dinner was scrumptious!!!
  • Booked through a booking agency. Harvest has been great. Starter through to maintenance staff All helpful and cheerful. Thanks

Where to stay in Kelowna

Downtown is considered the most desirable area to stay, with several hotels backing onto Kelowna City Park and offering views over the lake. The southern lakeside suburb of South Pandosy and the inland neighborhood of North Central also offer a range of accommodations, which cater to those looking for a genuine taste of Kelowna. If you have a car, you can stay at one of the roadside accommodations in Dilworth-Enterprise or Leathead.
