Knox Mountain Park encompasses 310 hectares (766 acres) of forest and grassland, home to a variety of ecosystems and wildlife including deer, birds, and grizzly bears. The western park boundary borders Okanagan Lake where spawning salmon may be seen. The park features various hiking trails throughout the park, each differing in length and difficulty. These trails can also be used for running, mountain biking, bird-watching, and general sightseeing. Two lookout points--one of which is the mountain summit--provide views of the city, the park itself, and the surrounding mountains.   • Run to the top for a phenomenal view or hike around the mountain to Paul's Tomb for a good time cliff jumping and swimming :) 
  • You can walk up to the top - a good hike ! Once you get to the top you have a spectacular view of Kelowna. 
  • A relatively short but steep hike which offers fantastic 360 degree views of Kelowna and the Okanagan. Worth the short trip.

  • Great look-out points, trails and sightseeing. Also very accessible for all ages and levels of fitness/commitment as it has several different parking lots where you can start your hike at different heights throughout the mountain, always more to explore!

  • A great place to see the Kelowna city. Both hiking and bike trails are very accessible and offer some spectacular views of the city. The lookout points are also accessible by car.
  • Parks nice a quite. Waters not the best for swimming lots of seaweed and not comfirmed but Im sure Duck Itch is a case here. If you are looking at just sun tan with not a bunch of people or drink on the beach this wpuld be the spot. Cheers
