  • The goats are bred and expansive grounds overlooking the Lake is a must see. Fresh fresh goat's milk cheese and ice cream shops. You can find the cheese of your choice so that you can taste some of the cheese.

  • This is a great little stop. My kids loved everything about it from the cheese tasteing to the Gelato to watching the goats in their barn. The staff were super friendly and approachable. We'd go again.
  • Worth the drive. Very scenic trip. Try the gelato. Buy the cheese. Pay the goats. A great 1 to 1.5 hour trip for adults and kids.
  • My husband and I went to Carmelis last weekend and we had an amazing experience! We got to taste a variety of goat cheese and gelato, all high quality and very tasty! The staff was also welcoming, knowledgeable and very customer service orientated. We ended up buying gelato - salted caramel and coconut - it tasted like more!!! We also purchased chabichu and goatgonzola cheeses which we have enjoyed as part of a cheese platter, in stuffed chicken breast and on steak!!! Can't say enough about this cheese, my whole family is now addicted :)
  • Goat cheese tastings followed by goat cheese gelato! And of course goats! The best local goat cheese you can buy. Park at the road if you don't like steep driveways!
  • If you never try goat cheese it is still a good place to drop by is not a big shop not much excited about. Just like wine tasting pay $5 to try different cheeses you like, and they have ice cream make from goat milk too, cheese lover can make a short stop, ice cream lover just go to downtown.
