  • Peach pino grigio slushie was very refreshing!
  • Great wine, but mediocre experience with the staff. We visited the place on April 18th. I had a friend out of town and wanted to show her the Niagara wine region. The plane was delayed so the whole day was rushed. We arrived at Creekside 5 min before closing. The lady staff was nice enough to stay open for us but she did it with some reluctance and displayed some irritations. The whole wine tasting was rushed and felt pushy. The staff was clearly irritated by our near-closing time arrival. I stuck with it because it was the only chance for me to show my out-of-town guest to this Creekside Winery. Now, I wish I didn't go there as the service offer by the staff left a bad taste in our end of day experience. I have been here several times and spent so much money at this place.. so it was a bit embarrassing that an out of town guest had to witness that. Overall, descent wine.... but hit-and-miss experience with the staff there. I have had great visits here, but the last visit really was so embarrassing that it will take me a while to return.
  • Dog friendly tasting room; outstanding, personable staff. The pond side deck was perfect for a lunch, pulled pork shoulder and asparagus salad were both outstanding. Walked away with a really nice Sauvignon Blanc too. Highly recommend.
  • The staff here was beyond horrible. We arrived at creekside about 30 mins late because there was so much traffic. When we got there the staff just stared at us as we entered with no welcome or smile. I had to walk up to one of the ladies ( red headed girl) and tel her we are the group of 10. Her response was "oh, we weren't sure if you were even coming". Then walked off. Prepared a table for us. Had us sit down and explained us the three wines in order so rushed that we didn't even have a chance the finish the previous wine before going on to the next. Someone asked a question about one of the wines and she said " yeah not much to say wine is wine" if you're going on a wine tour and spending 200 each throughout the day you kind of want someone to say something about wine... Then there was a bug in one of my glasses so I asked for a different pour. She spilt it out and refilled it says " ya it happens when a drink has been sitting so long bugs come in" without even an apology. Finally, I enjoyed he Pinot and wanted to purchase some but after having other wines I couldn't remember and wanted to retaste it. When I asked her for another taste of the Pinot she responded with no "you already had it at the table earlier" I was so appalled, I took my whole group of ten who was ready to buy 70 dollar ice wines and left. I will never return here and I wish we never went at all. A waste of 45 mins to drive there park and enter this place. If you like wasting your time and being embarrassed and feeling like a nuisance to people then go here. The staff will do a great job at that.
  • Cool little winery with very nice wines and a great back patio for some food. Staff was young and super knowledgeable.
