  • Wow, this was such a fun experience. The woods, the cabin, the maple taffy served on snow, all the other maple products - amazing. Rented a car from downtown Quebec and headed over the bridge to Ile D...  more »
  • The form of the production of the famous Mapple is detailed technically being served from the water extracted from the trunk of the tree until the final product itself. There is a gift shop with all the products produced there.

  • We can from the US to visit. We were told that this place was a must see. We were told correct. Loved every part of the experience!
  • Family-friendly atmosphere with live music and space to dance. Lots of fun for kids. The food is not gourmet, but it was good and all you can eat. I would have liked to have the crêpes with the main meal but they came as dessert. Coffee was so-so. The maple sugar on snow was delicious!
  • This was a quick tour to see how maple syrup is made. We also tasted some taffy - liquid maple syrup poured over ice. It starts to harden, you put a stick on the hardening syrup and roll it onto your stick. Eat and enjoy. Yum.
  • A true farm experience. See the process involved in harvesting and producing maple syrup products. Special treat....a free taste!
  • Really loved this sugar shack! Beautiful location atop a hill on L'Île d'Orléans. My group was in a smaller room, which was comfortable, not crowded, not too noisy, and most importantly, the food was very good!
