  • Wow! We loved this experience! I thought we would be driving past animals in their enclosures, but we were right IN the enclosure with them….. including the lions. Up close and personal. Lots of room....  more

  • I heard mixed reviews of African lion safari, but we went and had an amazing time with the kids! I think we picked the perfect time slot, it was right around when the animals were being fed their lunch, so they were SUPER active. We booked the 1030am slot and started driving through the sanctuary at about 11. The animals came right up to the car! Even the lions. It was wild! One of the baboons actually sat on an SUV not too far ahead of us. In addition to the great experience with the animals, they also have a walking portion included in the fee. There's a great playground for young kids which is completely blocked off (only one way in and out), so it made it a breeze to look after multiple children. They have a number of bird shows that happen hourly, a train ride, and a GIANT splash pad. To top it all off, at the end of the path there are elephants! They were drinking water, playing with each other, etc. So the kids loved it! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!
  • What a fun place! First time going w/a 9y/o. The bus was great, had a good humored tour guide. The animals were out and got great pix. The splash pad was well maintained and the ladies watching the kids were so polite and kind. The reptile show only had three animals but it was still good. Highly recommend.
  • Worth it - I really felt the ticket price did justice to the experience. The animals are kept in a vast expanse and it’s truly beautiful to see them in kind of their natural environment. It’s a must visit. 2 Giraffes walked right in front of our car. An ostrich was pecking at the windows of a car beside us. It was really beautiful. Amazing to be honest. It takes an hour and half to cover the whole area. Once the drive is done - ample parking space is present - lot of shops are present to buy souvenirs - the restrooms are super clean and managed very well - kudos to all the people working there. Thank you.
  • One of the best place to visit in early summer. Try to visit early in the day to maximize the animal viewing. I visited on Sunday and it was busy. Spent around 6 hours to complete everything. You can buy tickets online (much suitable option) or just drive there to purchase a ticket. You just take your own car and drive throughout the safari trails. They have got lots of different animals in different part of the safari but Lions, Giraffe and Rhino are main attractions. All the birds and reptiles shows are very impressive. Great place for one day picnic with family.
  • Have been going here since I was a kid and now I take my kids, 5 year old and 2 year old. They absolutely love it as do my wife and I! The entrance fee includes a train tour and boat tour and the Bus Safari is only $6, honestly the price is more then worth it! The splash pad is huge and great for all ages and then there is the playground for toddlers and the course for older kids that our 5 year old loved! It was a great day out!!! Can't wait to go back!!
