  • The clever names for their beers belie how good they are--it's worth finding parking to pop in and try a flight. While "Tom Waits for No One" was certainly tasty, my personal favorite was "Gose-face K...  more »
  • We visited several Halifax craft breweries during our trip there and we found that Good Robot had the best collection of interesting/unusual beers to try. get a flight and see which you like best.
  • A very quirky place for a drink with family. Sat outside but there were various sitting places inside which were quite unique in design.

  • Great ambience and cool design. Love the paint job they did on this place. The beer is great too.. I have trouble drinking carbonated beverages but they had a beer which had hardly any bubbles.. It was great because I love beer but can rarely drink it because of the carbonation. They have some cool merchandise and a small but eclectic snack/bar menu. It would be really nice if they had wifi.
  • Awesome venue. It's the type of thing that would especially appeal to the 25-35 crowd. Of course, I think anyone would feel welcome there!
  • Probably the most innovative brewer/taproom in the city. These folks know how to grab any demographic. Be it through beer , live comedy, tom waits soundtracks, or general service. Fantastic place overall
  • The open air "gastroturf" area really makes this place shine. Never too busy that you can't get a seat, great selection of beer and cider with friendly owners and staff. What's not to like?
  • Loved the "Urban / Backyard" mixed style. Beers we had were great, nice selection, very nice atmosphere. Will definitely come back with more friends!
