  • The staff and service was excellent. The day we went was a Sunday and the conditions were perfect. There was no wait at the chair lifts and the ski hills weren't too jammed. My kids did lessons with a...  more »

  • Sir Sam's is a hidden gem in a beautiful part of Ontario. Do not expect Rocky Mountain terrain, conditions, or wealth of trails. There is nothing flashy about the facilities but you won't find pretense either. This is a very family friendly ski area with something for everyone, from ski cross trails to a bunny hill. Expert skiers may learn no new skills here but neither will they be bored.
  • Loved it! Well maintained even though the natural snow is low this year. Prices are a bit pricy but I'm comparing to the other ski resort I go to in Ontario. But it's all worth it when you go on half price Sundays.
  • Live 1 hour away. Make 5-6 Trips here each season. Good variety and generally enjoy the hill. Almost fell off chair lift when I saw Adult lift ticket on wknd now $60. Really? memes b
  • Great spot for a day of skiing alone or with family. Runs are on the shorter side, but varied terrain keeps things interesting. Snow is consistently great. Virtually no lift lines.
  • Great service at their rental shop, in the restaurant and on the ski lifts. Coming from BC I was a bit disappointed with the length and skill level of their runs. I know this isn't BC and you can't compare it - but still, I was expecting a bit more. None of their runs takes more then a few minutes to get down. Great for beginners, but a bit boring if you are at a higher skill level.
