  • Its a beautiful park on the Huron. Day use area can get crowded. Camping area beaches are really nice with an amazing sunset. You can canoe and swim. The beach and the water are both clean.

  • Beautiful beach! One of the best beaches in Ontario. Breathtaking colors, clean shallow beach, safe to swim for kids as well. There are pebbles along the shoreline, few steps into into the water, sensitive feet may require water shoes. Cool camping sites. Washrooms and changing rooms may need some improvement. Weekends are quite busy with 10-20 minutes waiting time at the entry gate. Overall beautiful, good experience!
  • I love this park. I have been coming here since I was a kid and the park hasn't lost its charm. Its a really big park with beautiful beaches, great trails, canoeing, ice cream, sand dunes. I would highly recommend camping there. Update: returned beginning of June 2020, this park continues to be #1 for me. Bathrooms are super clean. And the beach.. amazing.
  • Huge sites plenty of privacy prefect weather ill be back
  • Love Pinery ,it is my favorite provincial park in Ontario. We try to come here every year because it has a ton of activities and it also has the best beach in Ontario in my opinion. it's perfect for kids, families, couples ,group of friends, there is something to do for everyone. If you want to lay down on the beach or just BBQ all day long (what we did?. The sites are nice ,spacious and shaded ,they feel private and everyone is nice in my experience . I def recommend
  • Really glad I made it out here to this park. I’m traveling from Durham Region and going east so far on the 401 is not fun at all especially on a Friday afternoon (it took as 5 hours to arrive) but once we did and waited in a 10 minute line to check in we were happy campers. I love the amenities at this park. They have a store, restaurant/ice cream shop, visitors centre & canoe, kayak & bike rentals. There are plenty of hikes to explore. Seeing an Oak Savannah habitat is pretty rare and I loved the unique views. The beach is beautiful and long. Lake Huron has the best sunsets. The only negative thing about the park is it has TONS of poison ivy everywhere. Even creeping into our camp site. I would not bring my dog or kids here because it is literally everywhere. Stay on the path and inspect your campsites.
