  • More than a disappointment, a scam! No need to move to the Granby zoo presented as one of the finest in North America... Having been subjugated by Chicago, I went there Saturday, may 12 from Montreal. Most of the enclosures were empty, or when they were populated it was either by an animal lonely, sad or by an animauxen lethargy, virtually none were on foot, and their State of health was limit... no need to put the Vétoquinol brand throughout the zoo, being a pharmacist I deliver this brand and this is not a good ad for her. In short, at the limit of the scam by being polite, and more I found the dirty zoo...

  • Went for a winter visit to the zoo with my little nephew. We all had a great time and the animals were very easy to see because they rest on heated ground close to the visitors. The trolley was a litt...  more »

Sunday last 22avril after a 60 km of our arrived we headed directly to see dinosaurs, great disappointment the dinosaurs part is closed until May 19. even more disappointed to know that the dinozzoo Park opens from May 19 and unfortunately our finished subscription may 13.

  • Great place to go for a family day trip from Montreal in winter. Surprised to be able to see so many animals outside even in winter. Kids loved being able to touch some of the animals like stingrays, or goats, or parrots. You can even do some ice skating which is a lot of fun too. I wouldn't advise looking at the Elephants or Giraffes, they looked very unhappy, the Elephants especially. The kids are still taking about how sad they looked (heart breaking really).
  • First experience on winter and it was nice! First time I saw snow leopard up and moving. Most animals are still there to be seen. The only down side is that the lunch area is quite far, so having kids and a lot of stuff tu bring us a bit if a hassle. Beside that, it was a really nice experience.
  • Had an amazing day, if you are planning on going there for the first time you really need to be aware of their scheduel ; meal time so you can get the most of it! I bought the parking ticket online made it easier and closer to the door. With a baby its a must
  • Excellent place for the whole family. Parking was spacious and well designed. The zoo was clean, garbages were not overflowing and animals seemed to be happy (I'm no expert) in their large exhibits. Price is steep but includes most rides, including some of the amusement park rides like bumper carts etc. There is a lot to see and I highly recommend taking all day to spend at this place. At a fairly fast speed, it took us 5 hours to visit all the exhibits. I would also suggest bringing a few meals. Restaurants and food stands aren't cheap and fortunately there are many tables with chairs and benches all over the park to sit down and eat a bite. We brought our stroller (which is fairly wide) and were able to access 90% of all areas except the cave to see the bats and the mini farm to pet the goats and sheep.
  • Amazing zoo even in winter!! All the animals seem well fed, in good health and happy! Kids will love it and it since you can even feed the rays :)
