  • I consider Le sorcier my home course because I live in Gatineau and can honestly say I'm glad it is. Course shape is right up there with the top in Ottawa and the lay out is tough but fair for the average golfer. The odd time it can be slow but lets be honest try to find a course that doesn't have slow days. Pro shop and restaurant are top notch and the service is great. Good price for what your getting. If you like elevation courses you won't be disappointed with le sorcier.
  • Really nice course. Fairways and greens are in great shape. Challenging but not too difficult for the Sunday golfer. Beautiful course!
  • One of the nicest public golf courses in the Ottawa area. Always well maintained but I would recommend to take a cart because this course is very spread out and hilly.
  • Come to this golf course if you want to be treated like garbage by the Starters and Marshalls. For some reason these guys feel it necessary to speak to you like you are a criminal as they seem to suspect everyone of trying to bring their own alcohol. I went last week and felt like I'd been interrogated by the two rude men giving out carts. You are not allowed to return to your car with your cart which is aggravating because inevitably you forget something. You are not allowed to take the golf cart to the putting green either. You can only walk to these places. I felt like the starters should explain this upon my arrival and not wait to pounce on me when I made these mistakes. I didn't spend $130 to come and be treated like a sneak when I was doing nothing wrong. When I finally got fed up with being barked at I asked the starter to simply tell me what to do because I was getting frustrated. His reply was that the golf course is trying to keep unlicensed beer off the course. I have no problem with but these starters assume everyone to be guilty of this heinous crime and this is why they treat you like an inmate. You can't treat customers that way and I have no intention of returning despite the fact that the course is actually quite nice. A bit dry in places but that's to be expected with the lack of rain we are experiencing.
  • High end, affordable golf course. Excellent service. Warm hospitable service!
