  • The museum is small but very modern. There are nice displays on traditional Gaspésie food. Other expositions talk about hockey in Gaspésie, and the other talked about the different regions of Gaspésie...  more »

  • Very basic permanent exhibition. The subjects are flown and deserve much more development. Exhibitions temporary (August 2016):-Photos: interesting but small expo (20 photos, maybe?) in a small cramped corridor; -Kitchen: Expo interesting, very well mounted, original. -Hockey:? The personal collection of an inhabitant of the place? We have so many artifacts with us! (being fans of hockey since our childhood, and our son played to major Junior). However, the slide show (old photos) was interesting. As some have said, the modern building allows a pleasant visit. The shop (for the shopping lovers) offers a wide variety of art and local crafts.

  • In 3 words...overpriced, simplistic and biased. If you didn't know any history, you would be left with the impression that only those of francophone descent actually contributed anything of any value to the region. Very disappointing.
  • Nice hand planning a lunch because the bistro on the site is not really a bistro. .. This is hospitality, gift shop and restaurant. Have 2 or 4 very expensive dishes is served!

  • Educational course for children for the visit of the permanent exhibition (style game 'seek and find' on iPad and crossword where we need to find the words on the walls using an ultraviolet lamp). I give it a 4 because I found missing animation and this staff seemed unsure of the information to be transmitted.
