Forillon National Park, Gaspe
(4.8/5 based on 460+ reviews on the web)
Explore the wonders of Forillon National Park, Quebec’s first national park. Within the park you can find forests, sand dunes, cliffs, salt marshes, and the sea coast. Take a quiet stroll along one of the beaches, or snorkel and discover a colorful underwater world. Take time to watch the seals play along the shore or the sea birds. The park is also home to other wildlife, including foxes, bears, moose, owls, and falcons. Visit Fort Peninsule, a World War II fortification used to protect Gaspe Bay. An underground tunnel is accessible to view a cannon, still in place today. Put Forillon National Park into our Gaspe itinerary builder and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

  • The Forillon Park is a staple of the Gaspé Peninsula. Possible to visit on foot (SIA), bicycle, car or motorcycle.

  • I can't wait to return with my family. Two highlights for me - the hike up to the observation tower is a must do! I also took a kayak tour to see the seals. Beautiful.
  • Very nice Park, ideal for all outdoor recreation, hiking, biking, camping, go so bunch of people full of life.
