  • Out of the wind setting; warm and sunny when we were there in early September. Interesting carved sandstone shoreline. A very pretty place for a picnic.
  • We would go for walks here. Each time a new adventure. During the sardine run the sea lions and eagles would gather to feed. WHAT a sight. But the beauty here is only in the amazing wild life but the breath taking land scape.
  • Drumbeg Provincial Park. Nice park surrounded on three sides.Try and come when the the tide his high and the current is changing.Watching the boats coming with the current at Gabriola Passage is always exciting. The best spot for watching is at Josef Pt. Coming to Gabrolia Island by ferry is experience as coming back, check your schedule. The island is fun to bike around. The trip out to Drumberg Park winds through a series nice scenic roads.I have a ebike so getting over the hills is fairly easy
  • Another one of many super beaches on 'Gabe' as the local call Gabriola. Water here is usually colder.
  • BEAUTIFUL! Love this walk. people where putting in and paddling around here.
  • Great for walks. Super examples of nature etching into sandstone. Also a decent place to launch a kayak (if you're willing to scramble over a few logs).
