  • Of any border crossing into the States, this one is my favourite. The duty-free on the Canadian side is very big, with lots of snack choices, clean bathrooms and friendly workers.  more »

  • I've used this bridge just few times so far. Wait times is reasonable even during rush hours. Officers are professional. They walk around cars with dogs almost all the time. Never had issues here..
  • Never have had a negative experience here. Whether on the Canadian side or American. If you have your documents in order and you're truthful you will never have an issue. I always cross here because they are always professional and friendly.
  • These guys are truly masters of creating a problem out of nothing. Their jobs must be so boring that they run out of things to do so they start creating their own rules and threaten people of taking their nexus privileges away. If you get picked on for being a nexus member what difference does it make if I have a nexus or not. The borders are never crowded anyway unlike Blaine county. Or maybe their gonna take my passport away as well? Oh my god better watch out!! Tough guys at the border, don't wanna mess with their nitpicking.... But back to the point, you're not gonna get anywhere in life by bullying the public I can assure you that.
  • Border guards are great, my issue was at the pay booth Canadian bound, myself and a coworker were gaining entry back into Canada and only had one slip for free passage, i forgot to ask for a second, this gentlemen with a Boston accent, working the ticket booth called me a stupid idiot who didn't know what he was doing, and continued to insult me and then made myself and 8 cars behind me back up so I could go back and get another ticket to cross, while yelling at everyone to back up. This was single handedly the most unprofessional individual I have ever seen dealing with people. I was not rude, i never contradicted him or said it was my right to cross. I was just unfamiliar with the process. He told my coworker he was on commission and told him to get moving when we acquired the second pass. Really shocked
  • Awesome loving being 2 mins from the bridge and going to see my friend who use to live in canada
