  • Great location and what beautiful scenery! I didn't use the campground, I was just looking for a nice beach to spend the day. The beach in itself is very nice, but the water did raise some concerns fo...  more »
  • This campground is good although the sites close to the beach are way too open and overused. Lots of yahoos in those ones who come for the boating. We've stayed before with friends and I chose this as...  more »
  • People we spoke with were raving about this place but we found it just average, probably because we were camping in the "B" loop campsite area. There are no decent washrooms unless you walk a total of...  more »

  • Usually has a nice beach in public swimming area. We visited the park around may 27, 2017 and found the beach was very small due to the high water level of the lake. Also tons of drift wood on the beach which I'm sure wood have been cleared in the future. Camp ground is always very nice.
  • Its alright... The aspen beach at lacomb county was better. This one has a nicer feel and look but the beach is tiny and a lot of tree branches so it feels dirty. Many trees surrounding the area, volleyball net, and kids playground. Ooohhhhh the drive here from Edmonton was terrible. a lot of constructions and speed limit changes. Probably won't come back.
  • Very nice park, with beautiful camping and Lake for water sports. Particularly liked the hike around the water and the very low count of mosquitoes.
  • I love it here good bathroom in site A. Good bike trails and fishing has it's moments. I come every year at least twice
  • Great camp ground with a lake view and only hour and half from city. Makes it easy for a quick weekend trip.
