World Waterpark, Edmonton

Theme Park · Water Park
Slip and slide the day away at World Waterpark, the second largest indoor water park in the world, and a great day out for the whole family. Try one of the 11 water slides, each ranging in intensity from "beginner" to "extreme," the latter of which includes a "loop de loop." Try your hand at the park's surf simulator, where you can take lessons and learn to ride the waves indoors. Expect to pay an entrance fee even if you’re just watching your kids, and bear in mind that the park can get very busy, so consider a midweek visit. • We paid online $205.80 for a day admission for 4. We found out that buying the same tickets at the Quality Inn hotel was just $147. That difference is ridiculous!!!  more »
  • We had a lot of fun at the waterpark, though it’s definitely expensive. On a Thursday morning it was still pretty busy, with wait times of around 20-30 minutes for the adult water slides. Thankfully....  more »
  • We’ve been to the waterpark several times before and always had a good experience. This was our first trip back since before Covid. The lineup to get in was very long and there were zero attempts to.....  more »
  • Excellent place for kids. The wave pool is huge and the waves are big. The staff are very safety conscious. There are lots of water slides for kids and adults. You can hire cabanas which make the visit even more fun. Remember to take your own towel because they charge for them now. My 7 year old kids absolutely love it.
  • My family went to the place this weekend. It looks really nice and fun inside. But I think it’s more appropriate for teenagers and kids over 6 years old, because most of the slides are not suitable for little ones! But we still had a great time there! The only complaint is almost every amentity needs money, including locker and swimsuit dryer.
  • Wave pool is pretty nice. Bit crowded at times though. Children definitely seems to enjoy it as well as the slides. Those who would like sit and read while older kid enjoy the waves there are chairs. The food stalls nearby is convenient as well.
  • This place was a fun experience, I recommend renting a poolside cabana when you go there so you actually have a place to put your stuff and a place to sit. The Zip-lining is fun as well as the water ski. All of the watersides are fun and there are slides for every level of experience. The wave pool is something for everybody and the hot tubs are a dream
  • No explanation needed, a fun and great place to come with family ! They offer free self serve soft drinks machine inside ! If you have toddlers under 43" it is $22+tax for the toddler and an adult for free. So for 2 adults and two toddlers it was roughly $46! Great deal! There are some rides that has no height limits, so our 4 year old who was under 43" had a blast riding those "adult" slides ! The waves pool is amazing, went on a Wednesday , not crowded at all, no line up for slides! Free life jackets for kids !
