  • I took my grandkids there not long after they opened, at the beginning of July, I believe. The kids are 6 and 8. I was very impressed with the playground equipment - lots of climbing stuff. There is a...  more »

  • The kids absolutely playing at Treehouse. We loved the layout of it. Some of the games weren't working properly but the solved that problem by giving my daughter more coins to play the games that did ...  more »

  • We ordered food at tree house today the order was not announced over the loud speaker instead I saw it was directly handed to a man I noticed that the order was exactly the same as mine. A few minutes later our number was called I bring it back to the table and start handing it out to the kids that's when another mom comes up to me and tells me that the food I was given was given to someone else first and he was eating the chicken nuggets before he noticed it was the wrong order. I took the food back to the kitchen and demanded to speak to their supervised as I was shocked and appalled that they would give food out that was returned by another person. After waiting for the assistant manager he heard what I had to say then spoke to the lady in the kitchen who spoke to him in another language so I couldn't understand what was said. He then argued with me that the number was called handed to the guy he immediately realised it was wrong then handed it back not touched. Even after saying that I personally had seen him walk away with the food. And another mom had also seen this. Eventually they remade half the food I ordered but it really made me rethink what kind of standards they have for serving our children day in and out
  • This place is awful and the staff are very rude and I really do wonder how often they clean or wipe down the toddler area with all the balls . I was very disappointed with the lack of hygiene. Both my kids got the hand foot and mouth disease from this area two days after I took them there . Because of how dirty this place is .
  • We enjoy this place on occasion. Weekends it can be over populated, so we try to go during the week. The food choice are great, and cheap! The cleanliness could be a little better. Some areas I find are quite dirty. I love that they offer exersaucer and bouncers for babies. Overall a great place.
  • I gave this place one star because of the entertainment that is available for kids although it being extremely busy. However, it is not worth the price at all. I wanted to book my daughters birthday party here and rent a room. Here is my dilemma.. They don't allow you to bring food in, but have no problem charging an arm and a leg for the food they provide. It's 25$ for one large pizza or 33$ for a sandwich platter. I can go to little Ceasers and purchase large cheese, or pepperoni pizza's for 5 bucks. Knowing we would need more than one pizza I would save a lot if I brought food instead. Then the most insane thing about this place is how much they charge for their party packages. Their basic package is 195$ which includes 10 children, and 10 tokens. It's 16.95 for any extra child. Then for the luxury party package it includes 15 tokens, as well as individual pizzas or hot dogs & potato chips, and two jugs of pop or juice. The price comes to 295$. What I would like to know is why the HELL is some pizza "or" hot dogs, potato chips, and two jugs of pop "or" juice with an additional 5 tokens come to 100$?!?!?! What is even more crazy is the basic and the luxury package only include an HOUR (yes ONE hour) of time in their rental room. Of course tho it includes an all day pass to play. How the hell is anyone suppose to set up wait for guests to arrive, eat food/cake, and open presents in a DAMN hour? I've looked up every other play center, or rec center that has party packages. They all offer at minimum 2 hours an up to 4 hours of rental space for 100$ on average. What the hell does tree house have to offer over other in door play centers that would explain their absolutely ridiculous pricing? They won't get my business for any birthday parties. Only time I would come here is if I decide to drop in one day with my two kids. That would be after we ate first, because no way in hell I am going to pay for their food.
  • Complete birthday FLOP! I do NOT recommend having your kids birthday party at the treehouse! I might as well have hosted my own! I would have spent more time enjoying my son's birthday doing it myself. Problems: 1) my 3 large pizzas were supposed to be brought to table, and my husband had to leave nine 5 year old son alone to grab the pizza himself. 2) a jug of juice was supposed to be brought with the pizza, and 2 of my guests had to pay for 2 jugs themselves when the juice didn't show up. 3) the party room booking is supposed to include help with set up, serving and clean up. The set up was ready. No help serving cake, no help cleaning before present opening and my guests helped with the clean up. The only good paying for the room...they gave us a knife to cut the cake! 4) dont bother inviting the grandparents or anyone with mobility challenges. There is nothing to accommodate anyone with handicaps. No ramp or elevator. 5) you complain to the manager..no good...a whole $20 off my bill..what an insult..and to boot..she is also the owner!! Never again!! Worst party and wasted money ever!!
