  • John Janzen Nature Centre is a hidden classic. A great day out for the whole family, fun things to do and see. And some great hiking around the area.

  • Simple, and not too large, especially at end of season or just a random drop in.. the staff here was fantastic... free to go look around without kids, the outdoor trails behind the place are great for a short walk and they have tons of back country mountain bike trails cut in everywhere as well, you can go for a 20 minute walk, or a 2 hour tromp through steep woods...must be beautiful in the snow, was lovely on a fall day. Looking forward to seeing the rooftop garden in the spring/summer. Some good educational buys in the gift shop and indoor opportunities for kids to play n learn make it a great stop with a few munchkins. Cheap as heck too.
  • A wonderful place to get in touch with nature. Fun for kids and adults.
  • Great place to let the kids blow off some steam while learning about the world around them. Amazing play area, fantastic spot for a kids birthday party.
  • 100 voices program is great plus the location is beautiful
  • Love this place and all the great trails around it!
