  • My family and I have always enjoyed Galaxy land and as my girls are young I would buy 30 dollars in tickets and we would all do a few rides. Well...they switched the tickets and now it cost my $30 buc...  read more »
  • Came here with family a few times. Very overpriced. Rides were alright, but not worth the money, in my opinion. Many faceless crowds and lineups. There are better alternatives in the area.
  • the amusment park at west ed mall is the highlight of a trip to it. we usually stay right in the attached hotel so we dont miss any time we could be at the amusement park. definitelty the best rollerc...  read more »
  • Has the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. You would expect the staff to at least be nice.. being that its a place people go to have fun. I love Galaxy Land too that is what sucks. It just ruins the experience. I think they need to work on hiring employees with some decent people skills. I mean there are a couple people who are friendly but overall it is a very negative experience interacting with them. Plus the jacket up the prices ALOT! For no reason they actually took away two of the rides after doing so? Don't know what that's all about.
  • Decent rides but poor management. The top ride (mind bender coaster) shuts down for 30 minute inspections without warning. Waited 20 minutes just to hear them announce that it would be shut down for up to 30 minutes for safety inspection. Even people with poor management skills should realize that people are disappointed by this. The fact that a sign is not posted displaying inspection times for people so they are not wasting our time shows lack of vision from the WEM Management team. Get it together already!
  • The prices are far too high ($45 per adult all day), unless your a child riding the children rides $4/ride or going to the children playground $12 for the playground. The number of rides seem to be limited at best. It will hardly take a day to cover all the rides. I just think it could be a lot better experience.
  • Prices are outrageous and business practices gouging. Example: with the kids play place, you pay a substantial amount to get in, but cannot leave without rebuying your way back in.
  • Galaxyland is more of an arcade than an amusement park and is operated on a ticket economy (you pre-purchase tickets and tickets are required for each ride/game) or you can purchase an all day pass (more economical if you're doing multiple rides). The rollercoaster and Space Shoot were good, however expect about 30mins wait time for the rollercoaster. A decent effort for an indoors park.
