  • Wer schon diese Gegend bereist, darf auf keinen fall diesen Nationalpark auslassen. Atemberaubend schöne Natur. Der RV Park ist toll gelegen, wandern und Naturbeobachtung . Wunderbar
  • Very accessible by passenger car from the Klondike Highway. The road beyond gets very wild and might not be suitable for everyone since it lacks services.
  • Ein lohnender Stopp auf dem Dempster Highway oder auch eine Tour von Dawson City aus (das haben wir gemacht). Netter kleiner Natur-Campingplatz und ein sehr informatives Visitor Center

  • An amazing park with beautiful scenery and some great hiking and backpacking opportunities. The visitor centre staff are super friendly, easily the nicest and most helpful I've encountered at any park, and they serve free labrador tea. The standard backpacking route to Grizzly, Divide, and Talus Lake campgrounds is lovely and not particularly tough. It's worth going all the way to Talus Lake since it all beautiful tundra with amazing jagged, rocky mountain scenery up there.
  • Friendly staff. Wished there are more walk-in campsites available per day. Camp directly at Divide Lake if your abilities permit.
  • The road was terrible from the Klondike Hwy but the views were well worth the effort. We hit the Dempster after a couple of rainy days that probably made the road worse than normal. The Visitor Centre is very interesting and the staff knowledgeable of the area. We were there in September and the colours are amazing. Worth the drive this far even if you don't plan to go further north. Just don't plan to drive very fast on the Dempster.
  • Beautiful park with awesome landscape and wildlife. We saw silver fox, red fox, grizzly bears (one with cup), moose, eagles, snowhoe...
