  • Like the distillery but the Vodks just has to strong a taste for my liking. No smoothness, but that's just my palette. Prices are on the higher end to warrant me to purchase. But I will be back to try the rest.
  • Honey works! In the gin, in the vodka and the limited batch rum. The hostess at the tasting room was friendly and informative. It was super cool watching the staff hand labeling the bottles. The labels are creative mini masterpieces. Having a hand numbered bottle from the first batch of rum is very special.
  • A very unique distillery. They make their spirits from honey rather than grain. The resulting product is not that different from your standard vodka or gin, but has just the faintest honey aroma. Also try their Depth Charge coffee liqueur. Much better tasting than Kahlua.
  • Amazing everything! Incredible gin, vodka and rum. This place is a jewel.
  • Very friendly, helpful service. I was helped by the owner, who immediately made me feel at home, seemed really appreciative of the business and made the experience extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, I was unable to sample the spirits at the time of my visit, but I'm looking forward to sampling repeatedly in the very near future. This will not be my last visit.
