Beautiful area, nice place to plan a picnic. We had a nice couple of hours walking the beach looking for aquatic life.
Love this place. While we have not stayed at the camp ground we do go to Miracle Beach all the time. When the tide is out you can walk out and explore. There is a sign posted when you walk in that you... read more »
I love beaches like this. So beautiful and not busy...I could have pent all day walking the shoreline and sitting on logs in the sun.
Beach was nice to see and was very clean. Good to see pets out enjoying the day with their families. Lots of tide pools which were filled with all sorts of stuff to look at (which my wife and kid were thrilled about). Our daughter did get stung by a lionsmane jellyfish ( it was dead and floated to shore) didn't realise what it was until after she stuck her hands into it. Was disappointed with the lack of knowledge by any of the provincial park staff had about treatment for these stings and we ended up having to figure it out ourselves. The ladies in the nature shack were great and helped her as best they could but I'm hoping some training or maybe a first aid kit will be put in place now. We learned vinegar works btw.
Always fantastic every year. Tide goes way out. Good bathrooms, and fresh drinking water on the verge of the beach. Picnic areas and seating too. Good sand for castles. Love It!
I've heard so many good things about this campsite. They must all be written by RVers because the ground here is so damn hard not even steel tent pegs penetrate the ground! Very frustrating for an "old school" camper!!
Great place, great tenting sites with good privacy (all the sites are surounded by trees from what I've seen), the showers and bathroom are not the best but it's totally OK! The beach is great and the park organizes events everyday or almost everyday for kids and adults (teaching about nature and wild animals, theatre, movies among other activities)
This is a great place for families. Campsites are close to the beach, it's generally pretty quiet, there are flush toilets, and there are hot showers. The ranger also sells ice for $3 a bag.
