  • Top notch Service! Shelley the Catering Coordinator got me the Wedding Package quote request faster than every other resort on the island she has been amazing to work with. Absolutely stunning property you can have a 5 star wedding here at 3 star prices Could not be happier
  • We stayed in two rooms but mostly in #114. This is not a place to rest but rather a party hookup spot. We got sick from the mould in the bathroom. The shower drain kept slipping and it took 2 weeks to get them to look at it but not fix it. When they did come to look they ignored the mould. The tub dripped. Some blinds didn't work. Crusty pee running down front of toilet. Toilets run. Toilet lid would not stay up for husband to pee. The manger suggested he should sit down. Dusty dirty duvets. Broken electrical outlet. Noisy, unserviced fireplaces. Beer cans strewn about regularly. Jacuzzis and domestics going in middle of night but management ignores requests for help giving a myriad of excuses. We have reported to Environmental Protection but admittedly they have no power here so the resort can continue letting their guests stay in broken rotting rooms. These rooms are owned by individuals who are charged monthly maintenence fees. Management does admit that they purposefully cheap out on maintenance. Housekeeping told us they use bleach on the mould.
  • The Timber room (pub) has a nice fireplace to keep you warm this winter. Being a local I get good service from the girls. The pub food is hit or miss. Chain saws as a d├ęcor, not my thing. Like that the bar room has 2 levels which is good for people watching. I go just to sit back and relax with my Martini $8.
  • Villas are clean, spacious and comfy. They were considerate enough to notify us about a water advisory and provide free bottles water in each room. You can hear others around you though.
  • X-mas party. Food was great, best I've had in a long time. Service was very lacking. Bartender was rude. Had a presentation after our dinner and could not hear the speaker. Outside noise was unbearably loud. Asked to turn it off or down and was told outright no. So many mistakes during the dinner that I don't know if the company I was with will come back.
