The beds were nice and the employees were very polite and helpful. My only critique was the breakfast was not great it was nice to have a hot meal but I have had better, but overall it was a good experience.
Very close to the mall, maybe 2 minute walk. Pool area is clean. Nice patio looking into lobby and TV's and pool. Friendly staff.
Beautiful rooms with awesome staff. It's the only hotel we stay at when we're in Vaughan. Always love it.
My boyfriend and I stayed at this location when we visited in May to see my parents and we were extremely impressed! We were welcomed at the door ever so kindly and it didn't stop there. One of the staff members came to our room and gave as a bag of treats and condiments free, courtesy of the hotel. To top it off, what made me more happy was that they also dropped off a gift for my little yorkie. They brought him a bed and a bag with treats, a few poop bags, and toys. They didn't just go as far as to make us happy but my puppy as well. Every time we bumped into a staff member we were always welcomed with a big smile and a hello. Contrary to what some of the reviews said about how staff invaded their privacy, we did not have that issue at all (I was quite worried about that at first). We kindly told them that we had a dog and didn't want them to come in and clean. We kept a sign out stating that we did not need our room to be recleaned and they respected our wishes. Overall, it is safe to say that we have recommended this hotel to everyone we know and have talked with great respect in regards to it. We will definitely be back!
Check in was fast, receptionist was friendly and room was clean and quiet. Enjoyed the complementary coffee in the morning and they have a pool table in the lobby which is fun. The hotel is also dog friendly
