My boyfriend and I stayed at this location when we visited in May to see my parents and we were extremely impressed! We were welcomed at the door ever so kindly and it didn't stop there. One of the staff members came to our room and gave as a bag of treats and condiments free, courtesy of the hotel. To top it off, what made me more happy was that they also dropped off a gift for my little yorkie. They brought him a bed and a bag with treats, a few poop bags, and toys. They didn't just go as far as to make us happy but my puppy as well. Every time we bumped into a staff member we were always welcomed with a big smile and a hello. Contrary to what some of the reviews said about how staff invaded their privacy, we did not have that issue at all (I was quite worried about that at first). We kindly told them that we had a dog and didn't want them to come in and clean. We kept a sign out stating that we did not need our room to be recleaned and they respected our wishes. Overall, it is safe to say that we have recommended this hotel to everyone we know and have talked with great respect in regards to it. We will definitely be back!
Very nice hotel. 5 Star for its price point / boutique. Everything is just right. Standardized modern clean rooms with premium amenities.
Poor customer service. Showed up for a late check-in only to be told that my confirmed reservation had been cancelled. Apparently the reservation made through an agency had an incorrect credit card number. Hotel acknowledged that they didn't bother calling the booking agency to inquire before cancelling. Hotel full. No room. Sorry, but can't help ya.
Nice hotel about 20 minutes from the airport. Great staff and a decent breakfast buffet. The bar is nice and it's located close to Vaughn Mills.
The location is a great if you want to spend a little less but be close to Toronto. The bedding is comfortable and the oversized shower is phenomenal.
