  • I participated with my son and brother-in-law at my first Tough Mudder event. It was a blust. This ski hill is a great location for this event.
  • I love this place. Okay, it is Ontario and really, it does not compare to some places in the Rockies or Laurentians. The reality is that we live in a province without a mountain. However MSLM has enou...  read more »
  • Easily the best snow making machines within an hour and a half of Toronto. When there is no snow on the city streets there is usually still great skiing and boarding at moonstone. Two years ago they p...  read more »
  • Convenient to access as it is right off the exit of Highway 400, compared to Blue Mountain. Crowded on weekends (but not as crowded as Blue Mountain). Slopes are not as steep as Blue Mountain, and progression of slopes is decent (from green to blacks). It is a decent place to learn skiing, although the blacks are not as steep as some of the blue runs on Blue Mountain.
  • Mount Saint Louis is a great place to bring the family and ski for the day. They put a ton of effort into the hill and they're always making it better. Some of the best snow conditions in Ontario, and there is always an amazing park.
  • I come up from Toronto to the hill for ski each Sunday and have a great time every week. The kids are in lessons which they enjoy and are progressing well in; the instructors are patient and adjust to the skill level of the students. If a student advances quicker that the rest of the class they are moved up to a more advanced group. Snow making at the hill is to notch. With the minimal amount of natural snow that feel this year I was impressed that almost every run was open; the ones that were closed were only closed due to the intense snow making that was going on. The chalet at the Moonstone base was upgraded this past summer which improved the layout making it generally better to serve everyone. Did is typical fast food for the most part that is not super expensive; it's not cheap either but it could be a lot worse - captive audience and all. The bar has Muskoka Breweries craft beer on tap which is great for an apres ski drink - enjoy responsibly. They have lots of rental equipment available and the team that gets you fitted is extremely helpful and friendly. Beat the massive crowds of Blue and come here instead.
  • Great day at Mt St LOUIS, Skiing was superb and the members luncheon put on by the owners & staff was like a home cooked meal and s usual tasted fantastic. Both of us appreciate the variety of hills, affordable yearly memberships and night skiing is the best weve ever seen. As a family run business I must say your staff are friendly, helpfull and well appreciated. so all I can say is keep up the good work and well see you for years to come. Don & Nancy Bryant
  • Ski hills are great but food in the cafeteria is of very poor quality. If food is expensive it should be good. I don't think it would be that hard to serve a better hamburger! The experience dropped a few notches because of the chalet and the food. Nowhere cozy to hang out either!
