  • Made a short visit here on our way from Yarmouth to Antigonish - nearby is the location of Canada's first geocache. Looks like this would make a wonderful overnight location!  more »
  • In scoping out where to stay in the Halifax area I was torn between amenities of the local KOA vs a more local flavour to our visit. Graves Island Provincial Park is about 45 minutes to Halifax and a ...  more »
  • This is a small facility offering sites both for the RVer and the back-packer. The sites with water and electricity offer great views of the bay. The back-packer can find sites right next to the water...  more »
  • Huge sites in a great setting. Our first visit to this park. Great staff. The serviced sites are offset to allow better views which are unobstructed by the next site. Very busy spot and you will need to be online in the Spring to select your dates.
  • Beautiful spacious sites, park is very clean and has a 4 km walking /cycling trial that circles the island with stunning views of the southern shore of Nova Scotia. Only regret for us is the sites are only 2way .. Otherwise a five star park.
  • Love this park. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the campground clean. We had a campsite by the water this time and it was so relaxing to be able to sit and look out over the water. One of our favorite provincial parks, and so close to a lot of places to sightsee.
  • Great spot just for a quick walk, or a fun day trip, or a great camping excursion.
  • Loved this campsite. The view is splendid and the sites are nice and grassy.
