  • Nice lovely place, nice view of the pool. Average service. Buffet crowded, we need to make the line. Foods offered little... refined only some sliced white bread (long sandwich style) to make toast. Only cheese available white cheddar in cubes. Cold scrambled œufs. :( After waiting in line to take a pancake, (if there) they were stacked in a stove, we didn't understand why they were cold... additional soaked and softened by too much syrup,... taste of doughy flour. Anything for her (not grout, bananas, chocolate, caramel or other) garnish. Nothing to warm our warm dishes. Fresh fruit (melons and pineapple honey melon) in cubes Salad Bar any. Not tasted the meat, which was served by a cook and seemed well, nor to Eggs Benedict, which were covered with their toppings sauce, in a stove. Customers complained of the unavailability of the dishes here and there. While customers wait in the dining room for coffee, three waitresses discuss behind the bar. So much for our first and last experience at Fourquet fork of Chambly.

  • Nice short drive from Montréal, good food, great views and cute atmosphere. The fort next door was closed but we saw some butterflies near by!  more »
  • Everything is cooked with beer, unibroue, and I swear to you that it is too great. I particularly recommend to take the soup has the onion in entry. The service was also great, we were well Advisor in the menu as well as the choice of beer in support

  • Stopped here on my way to Montreal and I was very impressed by my visit. We dined for lunch and were seated outside on the nice patio overlooking the water. My group ordered a few pitchers of beer and some lunch items. The grilled cheese was the standout and was crispy and extremely flavorful. We also ordered some appetizers and a few pitchers of the Unibroue beers and were very impressed. The service was friendly and overall the price was reasonable. I'd certainly return if I visit Montreal again.
  • Had lunch here twice in the last couple of weeks...the food was so well prepared and presented there is nothing to say but fabulous. Nice terrasse but a better view on the main floor. Recommended!
  • Good restaurant with French / terroir cuisine. Place is vast there's a terrace outside with limited view I find that the inside place by the window offer better view. Staff is friendly pricing is a bit high but the quality of the food is great. Their brunch are the best. A few steps way form Fort Chambly
  • Went to Chambly on a rainy day to check out the Unibroue brewery, which does not have a public tasting room, so this is the "official" location. The food was well prepared and a soup/salad bar was included. It also has a little Unibroue gift shop.
  • Great Beer, those corn and seed chips/bread. I always go there when I go to Chambly, especially to buy some Unibroue products (mustard for example) at their boutique.
