  • We were at TMP to work the bugs out of my son-in-laws race car. For a Friday afternoon the road track was very quiet, but we did get to witness a brand new Ford Focus RS getting put through the paces,...  read more »

  • Love coming here! Great place! Friendly crowd. It is tough getting pictures of the cars on the tower lane. The safety barrier makes it difficult. There is a small opening in the barrier, after the burnout but so many people stand there and park there. I wish that opening was wider and people were lines on the pavement discouraging people from blocking this small view. Still, I will always return Such a fun place to go.
  • The venerable Toronto Motorsports Park (TMP) is usually high on the list of folks who want to take their car out to the track and there's reasons why. The course is very technical yet having at least two decent straights where you can really get to speeds that would be illegal in Canada. There are plenty of twists and turns and the best part for most folks is that the course is flat. No off camber turns, no elevation changes, just flat. For others, this can be boring (I personally like elevation changes) but its comforting to others. The only thing against this course is that it could use with some repaving on some of the turtles/curbs and off track areas where people potentially run-off into. Drop in track days can also be a bit of a confusing manner when signing and the on site instruction is kinda non-existent. Someone will hop in with you for one or two sessions and that's it. Not really worth the $75 extra to be honest. Still, a good facility for those of us wanting to learn the limits of our cars.
  • Over recent years there's been a lot of noticeable changes at the drag track which are really cleaning it up from what it used to be and making it one of the nicest in this part of the province. My only complaint is that the washrooms still have a little ways to go, especially on major event weekends, and that it would be nice to not have the entire sidelines of the track packed with photographers so people in the stands can have a better view of the event they have often paid a lot of money to see.
  • The exotic car experience was great! 3 laps goes by way too fast though. I drove the only manual transmission car, porsche 997 turbo (480hp+) and it moves!!
  • Had a blast here at slapping event, very technical track, good place to learn as there isn't much to hit if you go off the track
