  • Been going to Campbell's Orchard since childhood, great home like atmosphere and easy going staff always willing to stop what they're doing and answer questions or teach you something about the farm. Nice people who are super knowledgeable about their craft and love what they're doing
  • Campbell's Orchards has always been a family favourite destination during the fall months. Their customer service over my multiple years of visiting has always been friendly and upbeat. Couple that with fresh fruit and vegetables on a nice fall day and you have a special experience. Don't forget to try the wagon ride and corn mazes. Hoping to visit again soon
  • A great place a worthy stopping point. Stopped by on our tour of PEC picked up fresh veggies for dinner and fruit and delicious Maple Dale cheese curds... sadly the didn't last the ride home... HaHaHa. A great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables and very friendly staff. The pot bellied pig was a hoot.
  • LOVE this place! Friendly staff, fresh and delicious produce! Family fun! I can't say enough! WOW! A lot of fun.
  • Horrible experience!!! I've been taking my kids to Campbell's for the past two years. Every September we would participate in their wagon rides, corn maze, and apple picking. This year my family from out of town came to visit for the weekend, and I thought it would be a great break from sitting inside on a rainy day to go apple picking. Prior to leaving, because of the rainy weather, I confirmed via website and called that we could apple pick until 4:30. When we arrive, at 3:58, we were greeted by a group of staff who asked what they could help us with. We stated we were there for apple picking and the owner Dianne Campbell harshly stated we better hurry up then because we only had 2 minutes to apple pick. We then stated that we were under the impression that we could apple pick until 4:30, because we called prior to leaving to confirm this. Our statement was complete disregarded. Our group quickly headed inside to grab our bags, the rude lady followed, and asked what size or bag we wanted. Completely unaware of the bag sizes and feeling extremely rushed, I asked for a 5lb bag. The same rude lady said they don't offer 5lb bags and stared at me like I should know what size of bags they offer. I then asked my Uncle if he would like to share a 10lb bag, because we didn't even need apples our trip was more of an experience for the children. We were then advised that because our group was so large, 8 people, we would have to pay $1 more for every person after the first 5! Which seems silly because we were still only picking 10lb of apples. While the cashier was processing our transaction, the lady we were dealing with had gone to the back and talked with another employee. When she came back to our group she stated we were right, we can pick apples until 4:30 and then let out a little giggle. No apology at all, and honestly by this time if the kids weren't there we would have left due to poor customer service. Once we had paid $18 for our 10lb bag of apples we headed outside with the same lady. When we got outside she gave us directions to the apples we would be picking and then felt the need to tell 5 adults to be respectful and not enter the corn maze because we did not pay and that would not the "fair". Not to mention, inside she was a part of a conversation I was having with my son as to why we were not BUYING corn maze tickets today due to weather. She then also felt the need to tell us that since we were such a large group that it would not be "fair" if we over loaded the bag with apples to the point where it was over flowing. That this point I was extremely offended and irritated with her presumptions and informed her that while we were a large group there were only 3 kids and they were the only ones picking apples today. Again my statement was disregard and she continued to talk about the "fairness" to other customers. This experience with Campbell's has forever put a bad taste in my mouth. And while Campbell's is one of the only pick your own apple locations in PEC, I will definitely be traveling elsewhere in the future.
