  • It is great spot allows you to relive the lives of the Acadians in past centuries... A total immersion and exotic. Best time to go: mid-June, before the opening of the tourist season... the Park is so less frequented, it feels alone and enjoying each story, in each House. The presence of the actors and their explanations are great. Beware of the mosquitos in the late afternoon, they are not gifts! The restaurant offers typical Acadian food. To do, to even, again!

  • A real course of history given in an interactive way. Half a day which puts the eyes and the stomach if you want. A good pair of shoes and clothing appropriate to the market are recommended to enjoy the visit! Despite the rain we and our children have highly appreciated our visit.

  • This was a great way to see how people used to live in the 18th and 19th century. Talk to the actors to learn more. Keep in mind this place is huge and we did it in 1.5 hours rushing as much as we could. Expect to spend 3-4 hours there.
  • If you like animals and history this is a great spot to enjoy and learn with kids or with friends! Also people are very welcoming
  • I like to visit here every time we are in NB visiting my wife's family. It is a great site to learn about history, see beautiful sites, and maybe eat some delicious, oven fresh bread. Highly recommended!!
  • Nice place to view Acadian history and nice actors dressed and playing the parts!
  • Amazing experience. My kids loved to see how people lived throughout the past 2 centuries...
