  • Done by night, site left open and free but closed lighthouse. Very nice under a full Moon rising.

  • Tucked almost into the side of the cliff, worth the stop. I only did the $3 self guided tour vs the $10 guided tour but it felt like enough on a rainy day.
  • We did the tour of the lighthouse of Cap-des-rosiers. The tour lasts about 1 hour and is very interesting! We begin by explaining the engine room and the principle of the Foghorn! The facilitator was well documented and easily answered our questions! Subsequently we have climbed the 9 floors of the lighthouse and had great views of the golf course of the St.-Laurent! The visit ends with a little video that shows us the village elders still have work or live in the lighthouse! This tour is a must given the will of this community to preserve this heritage monument because the Government wants more invested to preserve this place rich in history!

  • Absolutely wonderful place. The staff are truly great people. Tour was well done and informative. Guide really took his time. Can go all the way to the top of the lighthouse if interested.
  • The most beautiful place I've ever visited.
  • Just breathe taking
  • Great place to visit! Guides are passionate, the visit is more than interesting and the view from the top of the Lighthouse is stunning!
