  • Beautiful building housing amazing stories, instruments and interactive exhibits. The pricing is also very good. There are no extra costs for more exhibits its just one flat fee per-person. Students were $14, which is what I paid, all you need is a student ID. We spent well over 2 hours in there looking at all 5 floors with well thought-out themes and exhibits. In the interactive ones, everything was explained in both French and English. Overall, really good place to go on the weekend if you're looking for something to do. Its cheap to get in, it's clean, its quiet and its quite fascinating (coming from someone who has never played an instrument before).
  • An excellent place to learn about Canadian music. The annual pass is highly recommended. Exhibits are regularly updated. Special events and venues are always popping up. Also the NMC is an excellent place to volunteer at! Please consider volunteering at the NMC if you have time to give to the community.
  • An amazing place with great programming, excellent exhibits, a huge collection of instruments and artifacts all housed in an incredible state-of-the-art building. Definitely worth the price of admission!
  • Wonderful place. We were there for hours! I would give it more stars if I could. Enthusiatic tour guides. Fun stuff to try. Great stories. A few glitches I hope they fix. I would get a year pass if I lived in Calgary.
  • Interior and exterior architecture is beautiful. Went for PARKLUXE so I wasn't able to experience the exhibits themselves but the space is amazing.
