  • This is a lovely space right downtown yet miles away. Well worth the time to stroll or sit on a bench here. Peaceful but not deserted. Has a god restaurant too-River Cafe.

  • An urban park, excellent location for leisurely walks or runs. Nice views, lots of greenery, plenty of flowerbeds. Located in north downtown directly on the Bow River. A nice place to spend some time holding hands.
  • Such a gem. It is a beautiful park and is often pleasantly populated. That is, the park is well-used but it's rarely (national holidays and concerts/events being the exceptions), over crowded. The pathways are maintained well and the proximity to a variety of spots to go for a bite to eat or a drink to quaff make it even more of a hotspot. Parking can be a nightmare but if you don't mind a bit of a walk to get to your walk, the parking lot at the curling rink is a good, inexpensive option.
  • Great place for Pokémon hunting , dont come here on a nice weekend unless your stocked up with pokeballs, usually all the stops in the "loop" are lured up.
  • Great place for family walks. It does tend to get crowded but overall the pathways are clean and well maintained. And the park itself is a beautiful green space.
  • Beautiful park with the café, and tons of space for running and playing games. Plus there's tons of space for kids to run around as well (including the playground). The pokemon stampedes are a thing to get used to, but after a few minutes it becomes part of the atmosphere! Definitely come and enjoy a day at the park.
